Terms & Conditions

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We also accept all debit cards that carry the Visa or MasterCard logo, and have a 16-digit number on the front.  Credit cards are authorized using your billing address so we require proper information with all credit card payments.  You will also need the expiration date and the 3-digit CVV2 code on the back of the credit card, to the right of the signature panel to ensure possession of the credit card during order. By submitting an order to our online store, or by phone, you verify that you are the legal cardholder and/or have legal permission to use the credit card.
 
 

Return Policy
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately. To report a damaged or missing item, you can email us at info@kmjent.com or call us at 515-733-2890 (Option 6). You must contact us first if you are returning an item. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. We need to gather information from you before we can process a return, so contact us before sending any item back. We reserve the right to exchange or refund any item being returned. Returns are processed within a reasonable time after receipt in the order they are received. Any credit issued will be in the same form of original payment for the item being returned. No returns past 90 days of purchase date will be accepted.  Special order items are not returnable. If you have any questions about returning a part, call us at 515-733-2890 (Option 6).
 

Any return credit will be issued as follows
Original shipping is not refundable.  In the case of item with Free shipping, actual shipping will be deducted from refund.
0-30 Days of Purchase:
Refund of purchase price of item returned minus 15% restock fee or 100% of purchase price of item returned to be used as store credit for phone orders only.  Torque converters may be subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee
30 to 90 days from date of original purchase:
Purchase price of returned item minus 15% restock fee to be used as store credit for phone orders only. All torque converters may be subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee.
Customer to pay all return shipping on all items. KMJ Performance may substitute products, at any time, for similar or like products of equal or greater quality without notice to customer.  If you require a specific product and will not accept any substitutions, please contact us before purchasing the item(s).
90 days from date of original purchase:
No returns accepted past 90 days.

Warranty
All items sold by KMJ Performance are sold AS-IS with no written, expressed, or implied warranty or guarantee of fitment for any specific application. As with all aftermarket performance automotive parts, we can not guarantee fitment on your specific application and modification to your application and/or product may be necessary. Warranties will not cover ware, misuse, abuse, modified, or incorrectly installed items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.  If the items is deemed to be out of warranty or otherwise non-returnable, the customer is also responsible for the shipping of the item back to the customer.  Some products come with a manufacturer warranty and we will do our best to help you out with your warranty issue.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated automatically during the checkout process. Shipping is either fixed, as outlined in product details, or calculated based on weight and ship-to location. Any displayed shipping costs are for the contiguous 48 United States only, please contact us for shipping outside this area.

Shipping Time
We primarily ship FedEx, but will occasionally ship UPS, and USPS depending on weight and delivery location. Aerosols and chemicals can not be shipped via USPS. If you choose USPS on these shipments, we will ship by one of the other carriers if there was enough shipping charged to cover it. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders usually get shipped within 1 business day, however, due to processing and other delays, your order may ship later. We cannot guarantee next day shipment on any item, in stock or out of stock. Some items ship from out main warehouse in Iowa, while other may ship from other warehouses across the country, which may increase or decrease shipping times depending where the delivery location is. We are not responsible for the product once it is in possession of the shipping company.

Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers should be available for viewing on your profile and emailed to you at the end of day on the day of shipment. These emails sometimes get viewed as JUNK or SPAM with some email readers, so check those folders also. Please check your email and online profile before calling for tracking numbers.
