HISTORY OF EXCELLENCE
For nearly 100 years, Hastings Manufacturing Company, based in Hastings, Michigan USA, has been serving the international engine aftermarket with the design and manufacture of high-quality piston rings that improve combustion efficiency and reduce oil consumption. In most recent times, Hastings has undergone a stunning transformation in the way we manage our operations. In recognition of our efforts, we were awarded the 2008 Polk Inventory Efficiency Award in the Manufacturing category. This means that our customers are receiving the product they need, when and where they need it, on time.

INNOVATION AND BREADTH OF PRODUCTS
Hastings Manufacturing is known worldwide for the invention of the Flex-Vent® Oil Control Ring, and for offering the broadest range of applications available to the engine aftermarket. We stock oil and compression piston rings in every shape, size, and material for virtually every engine type, including Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, Agriculture, Compressors, Marine, and Performance Racing—domestic and international. Our product line consists of over 16,000 part numbers, or over 25,000 unique piston ring sets in bore sizes from 1.75" to over 10". Piston ring profiles include rectangular, barrel face, torsional, full/half keystone, and others. Material options include cast iron, hi-tensile nodular iron, 9254/1070 steels, and 201/301 stainless steels. Coatings can be applied in plasma-moly, chrome, nitride, and Manganese phosphate.
